Also in June we had a lot of rainstorms. There was one morning that flooded our parking lot in only an hour or two. And I mean flooded...

water was up on the sidewalks, creeping up the walkways,
and almost everyone moved their cars to "higher ground"

This smaller car was eventually pushed by the owners to a drier spot,
since water was up through the exhaust pipe already.

After the storm passed, we had fun playing in the remaining water. Ashlyn had a blast.

It wasn't warm enough to get bathing suits on

RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!

The water was gone by the end of the day, and this little munchkin got a good bath once we went inside. I was just happy that mother nature provided the entertainment for the day.
